The Slade International Soldering Iron offers the flexibility and portability of a quality soldering iron in 18V. The temperature is adjustable from 200 - 450 degrees and is PID controlled for accuracy and low power usage. The ceramic heating element are temperature sensor are built into the replaceable tip, resulting in a rapid heat up time. The Slade iron will typically heat up to 300 degrees in less than 15 seconds!
The Slade irons have a built in standby mode which will reduce the temperature to 200 degrees if left unused for 3 minutes or longer. After a further 3 minutes, the iron will turn itself off. To reactivate the set temperature, simply pick up the handle.
The Slade iron housings are designed and manufactured in Australia from UV and impact resistant ABS+ plastic.

12 Month return to base warranty. Please contact us if you have an issues with your Slade International iron as we may be able to resolve the issue without it having to be returned.
NOTE: The Slade International products rely upon the low voltage cut out in the batteries. If your particular brand of battery does not have an LVC, you must keep an eye on the charge level of your batteries if running the products for an extended period of time. Slade International does not accept responsibility for any batteries that are over-discharged whilst using our products.
